Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered at our discretion for valid order issues, including damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, or other verified fulfillment concerns.

Glow Peptides reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or returns where the issue is caused by customer error, incorrect shipping information, refused delivery, failure to pick up a package, improper storage, policy violation, or suspected misuse.

Yes. Tracking is provided for shipped orders when available.

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

Glow Peptides is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, refused, lost, or undeliverable because of incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted address information provided by the customer.

This includes missing unit numbers, wrong postal codes, incorrect recipient names, business address errors, or unavailable recipients.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us at support@glowpeptides.ca with your order number and tracking number.

We will review the tracking information and may open a carrier investigation where appropriate.

Glow Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless otherwise required by law. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first check with household members, neighbours, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the carrier.

Yes, all HGH and peptides ship in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with  Bacteriostatic Water prior to use. Bacteriostatic Water is sold separately. Please do not attempt to reconstitute our products with “underground” or off-brand bacteriostatic water.

All HGH and peptides products sold on glowpeptides.ca are lab tested by Janoshik, Testides, Or Freedom labs to ensure maximum quality. If a product is not tested, we will not sell it. All products are paired with reports that you can personally view.
